Jaro Stacul

Jaro Stacul (PhD Cambridge) has worked in various academic institutions in Britain and Canada, and currently is Visiting Assistant Professor of Anthropology at the Social/Cultural Studies Program of Memorial University. He has published extensively on issues of nationalism, the state, and the environment in Europe (Poland and Italy), and his publications include the book The Bounded Field: Localism and Local Identity in an Italian Alpine Valley (Berghahn Books, 2003).
